His work spans operations, strategic planning, HR, risk management, and employment disputes. He has developed tools and processes to reduce risk, manage disputes, cut legal costs, and promote accountability.

Nicole Redstone

Nicole Redstone has 15 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry, with expertise in HR, payroll, and marketing. She has held key roles, including VP of Marketing, overseeing up to 17 facilities and building strong community relationships.

Elizabeth Vindiola

Elizabeth Vindiola, Co-Founding President of Conflict Management Services at Fusion Conflict Strategies, has over 20 years of legal experience. She specializes in conflict resolution, mediation, and HR services. Elizabeth is completing her J.D. in December 2024, after earning a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine.
